The Betrayal and Thoughts of a Broken Damaged Heart
We attract,
We expand,
We love,
We hate,
We move,
We lose,
We believe in superiorty,
But when the same attract,
We fight,
We pick on,
We call names,
Life is not a magnet,
Opposites don't always attract,
Those whos' love lasts forever,
Should stay together,
While those who fight,
Are never right,
Think of those,
Who love their own,
And compare yourself to them,
And in the end,
You will see,
They're no different,
Than you and me,
Then you see me down,
Kids beating me around,
And you say nothing,
You were my friend,
We were suppose to be men,
But you backed down,
When I got up,
You turned into a shmuck,
And left me there,
I cried out for you,
But you tried to be cool,
And beat me up too,
Now your down,
And I'm standing on high ground,
I'm sorry for leaving you like this,
But your someone I'm not gonna miss,
Or atleast that's what I thought,
Now the tears flow down my face,
Like that of majestic rivers,
They end in an ocean,
Full of my feelings,
Where everything good is drowned out,
And those that are hurt stay afloat,
I row my way to shore,
To find nothing but a bridge,
You toy with it,
Pulling it back and forth like my feelings,
Then it breaks like my heart,
And I fall,
I fall like these tears,
Slowly and Painfully,
I reach out for anything,
And grab a root,
But much like our friendship,
It slips through my fingers,
I reach the ground,
But already having everything that matters broken,
I feel nothing from the fall,
Just those words,
Those words that hurt the most,
Starting thes race,
Upon my face.
