The Bellringer

Location

A bell is rung

The sound so deep,

It wakes the sleepers from

Nightmare's Creek.

The reason why

A sound so low,

So loud should ever be heard.

A mystery upon the town's dread.

The bell is rung once again,

Playing out it's deep dark sound.

Another one,

A higher pitch;

Could it be warning of night's black witch?

The bells together,

Ringing strong,

A ring so true could mean just one thing:

The musician returned to play upon

The church bells' old strings.
