Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain;

He doesn't like to be different that's for certain.

He doesn't want to stand outside of the crowd;

But, he only wants to fit in and be proud.

He doesn't like to be talked about.

All it does is stir up doubt.

He doubts that he would ever make it in life;

Sometimes he thinks about cutting himself with a knife

He just stands there hiding behind the curtain;

His life is shattered, his heart is broken.

His parents are so lost, clueless, and don't know

That he is just about three seconds from letting go.

He doesn't want anyone to know about his true feelings.

He will be horrified about what people would say about his dealings.

His life is weakened and about to be shortened;

But pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.
