I know how this will end
No matter how it began
We will never be friends

Starts with a hi, ends with a kiss
You're in my bed, soon you'll be missed
Because you don't intend - to stay with me no

You don't want to commit - and that's ok cause I'm only good at beginnings
Oh no I don't want to admit - that I'm just a disaster waiting to hit

Don't bother asking me my last name
Cause in a week you'll forget anyway
I know you have others, it's ok so do I
So please let's not try to act like we're human.

Someone new, same old game
I already forgot your name
We were never friends

It's been a year, tried to say hi
But you only want a good time
Cause you still don't intend - to stay with me no

You don't want to commit - and that's ok
Cause I'm only good at regretting
Oh no I don't want to admit - that I'd rather hurt myself than have you do it.

Don't bother asking me my last name
Cause in a week you'll forget anyway
I know you have others, it's ok so do I
So this is what it's like to act like we're human.
