Beauty Never Fades

I see your face each and every day,
Familiar, comforting, peaceful, beautiful,
I remember you in days gone by,
A lifetime it feels has hurried on,
We have and will grow old together,
I show the signs of age it's true,
I look at you, deep in your eyes,
And realize this one true fact,
Time reaches out and grips us all,
Except for you, you're quite exempt,
Proof once again that beauty never fades.
