Beauty at its Beast

Location

Love, passion, sweetness, and kind
What makes me happy does not truly combine
With the material things this world has to supply.
Summer blooms and Winter comes,
As trees die my happiness will forever hum.
As the trees sing and dance, so will my love for thee
As I sing through the trees on this long year of distant seas.

He is in the air force
And I’m at school,
Finishing my last year like a racehorse.
Racing my year to come back to him,
As I hold on to the rim, slim.
My struggles and pain are taken away,
As I see him wait for me, like a Summer’s day.

Everyone happy and excited to get out of school.
I’m happy and excited to go back to my fool,
Who’s the love of my life and will never leave me alone;
Because soul mates we are until the day we die in our bones.
So as God’s promise for our love to always reign,
So will my love forever reign without pain.

Though he’s in Japan serving his country,
And I’m in New Mexico fulfilling my deed;
My hero is in my Heart,
And it feels like we are not apart…
Because I feel him here,
Near
Without fear,
In a year,
If is clear
Together, in his arms, once again.

Though our parents hate us each (him to me and me to him),
And sneaky nights together out on the tree.
Our love for thee, will always be.
My best friend since I came to America.
Now my man, since last year’s Summer.
His arrival, his presence, my motivation will always be…
For a taste of his touch, a taste of his love once more indeed.
What more could I possibly ask for,
Than to wake up by your one true love.

I feel blissful,
Delighted,
Blessed and captivated,
As I wake up with my man thousands of miles apart.
Intoxicated,
Joyful,
Merry and mirthful,
On cloud nine, breathless,
As I ride this glee of being in love.
Walking on air, could never be enough.

So what makes me happy, so might you ask?
Words don’t come even close, as to the miracle I have
To be lucky to…
Lucky to oblige, lucky to abide, lucky to call you mine.
This blessing was not lucky, but merely fortunate
Fortunate enough for God to look at me with his eyes,
And say…

“You are the One”.
