Living in today's world

is like getting your ice cream swirled

everyone's too close together 

I can't hear myself over this mindless chatter

Trying to be as skinny as a stick 

just like those girls you see in the comics

it's all a lie cause that isn't real

forcing your body to only eat one meal

It's crazy cause we are told beauty is on the outside 

but my God made everyone beautiful on the inside

respect yourself and love your body

cause what your doing isn't a comedy

Your beautiful just the way you are
