One thing I'd change in this world would be

for people to love each other, anyone you see

 

It could be your neighbor, your mailman too

you never know, maybe, he might love you

 

That's the problem today, we don't express how we feel

our hearts become empty, they harden like steel

 

And in that emptiness we see our true fears

Would you like to be alone for over ten years?

 

I know that I wouldn't, who would anyway?

 To live all alone from day to day

 

Would be such a tradgedy, how would you cope?

No one to be there when you've lost all hope

 

That's all I want, and that's all i want to see

for everyone to love and be united in harmony

 

From harmony comes peace, and from peace comes love

a peace more peaceful than heaven above

 

No more fighting and no more hate

I pray to God the world comes to that fate

 

And that is why I want to see

a love that is greater between you and me
