Art Hurls and Swirls

When the brushhairs touch the smooth canvas

My abstract thoughts and feelings are no longer outlandish

My cheeks lift up pulled by beautiful happiness

As ideas come forth unridiculed by their possible wackiness

Art Hurls and Swirls

Paint ripples and curls

Hardhsips forgotten of the day

Any tears that have slipped are now wiped away

Because I'm in my element

My element of happiness

Where dreams and imigination are made real

Where nothing can stifle the joy I feel

Teeth are displayed wide in a grin

I'm doing what I love, despite the long day it has been

Because my cheeks lift up pulled by beautiful happiness

As ideas come forth unridculed by possible wackiness

Art Hurls and Swirls

Paint Ripples and Curls

My element I am in

I'm thankful this happiness is not a sin
