Applying for College

Applying for college is a truly tiring task,

"Why is this true?", some underclassmen may ask.

Many weeks are spent stressing about personal statements,

While parents are saving up to pay for tuition payments.

When applications are submitted, you may feel stress free,

Only to realize that colleges may not like what they see.

As months pass and acceptance letters are sent out,

High school seniors' minds are filled with nothing but doubt.

A piece of advice: Do not worry and just try your best,

And let fate be the one to take care of the rest.
