Anxiety's Cloak

Late night woken, barely alive.

struggling to see the light through other's eyes.

covered in darkness, covered to the core.

try to show people me, but they don't see the sores.

Blinded by fear, blinded by death

blinded by my mind, and blinded by my breath.

shut out by my body, shut out by my mind.

stuck in an cyclone, stuck in hell's bind.

Where am I?

Who am I?

Who's holding my thoat?

This blanket i hide under,

is the only antidote.
