In another world

Imagine you are in a box

you cannot move

the tiny space only allows you to lay awkwardly

there is a tube down your throat filling your stomach with liquids

you have never tasted solid food

you have never seen sunshine

you have never walked

it takes all your energy just to lift your head

have you figured out what you are yet?

you are a veal calf on a farm or what we call a farm today

you will live for 20 weeks and then be slaughtered

you have never met your mother

and you are suffering from anemia

you have lived a life of cruelty and abuse

if you can call it living

change is barely on the horizon

millions will die before laws become permanent

If I could change one thing in this world

I would permanently end factory farming
