Unbelievably true….

I once had a love

I found him on the sidewalk

He heard my soul crying out so we began that walk

That walk took us here and that walk brought us there

unknown was the place 

it was dark and silent 

full of pleasantly unpleasant surprises

and love never before lived

feelings never felt

Could only get there on a boat

with a large sail

where the water’s ice cold

My finger touched its waves 

But frostbite beat me there 

We were in love and love is what I felt

Now we’re falling apart

my heart is bursting as my mind melts

Our souls met, now our souls miss

feels like i never met you till i reminisce 

that sweet country summer where our souls danced

felt like living in the clouds doing a lucky prance

in a field of four leaf clovers but nothing as special as you

on a warm sunny day you are my 

blue

but when the rain comes you bring the shine 

see we aren't perfect but you're perfectly mine

dazzling diamond you're my best friend 

boy you are my man 

doing random junk i can't stand

but still i sit in a meadow of forever and wait for our love

cause its impossible to replace

my heart was full of past painful hate yet you found space

its something we listen to until it brings the tears

love is hours turnt into days, months to years

took me a week to write this poem right here

I wrote another poem about love and sold it to the devil

but he gave it back cause it was ineligible

so i typed it up just for you

placed it on the sidewalk

where i found something so believably untrue
