Anonymous

She walks by him and he notices her,
She turns to face him
He smiles sweetly at her and notices her radiant beauty
She smiles back and she notices his charm
Her eyes are like emeralds
His like sapphires
They both stand facing each other amazed at what they see
She moves her pawn on his chest board
He moves his pawn on hers
He moves in closer to her and she breathes him in
She looks up at him and tries to see through his eyes
He stares at her intensely as if trying to find an answer to a question he can’t place
She closes her eyes as if hiding her true self from him
But he places his hands on her shoulders
They stand still for what seemed like forever
In the crowded street of the little town
People don’t notice them and pass by them like time
Few stare at them as if they have committed a crime
She opens her eyes and truly sees him for what he truly is
Someone who has found a long lost memory
But little does he know that what she will remain
Is Anonymous
Beating him at his own game
He closes his eyes and squeezes her shoulders
And let’s go of what he possessed
For he too is Anonymous and how his heart pressed
He let’s her go and backs away
For they both know that what they want is forbidden
She embraces him in a most gentle way
He does the same but doesn’t want to let go
She pushes him away and runs down the now empty street
And he just looks after her
For Anonymous they are and Anonymous they must stay
But they still love each other
Even till this day
