Even the smoke
Was thicker than I thought,
And I thought and I thought.

Innocent shards
Take their place, broken heart.
Who am I to have thought?

Brother, lie down.
Close your eyes; it won't hurt.
And you thought and you thought.

Take your places,
Tie your shoes, and warm up.
And we thought and we thought...

And I thought
To myself:
Is it worth it?
