And Still I Rise

People will judge you

from you looks to you attutide

to your nails to your shoes

that is what people do

they wont remember your name

unless you rise into fame

and have money and expensive things

but those who look different

seem not to mean anything

I know because I'm different

little ole me, Im eighteen

from crazy red hair to blue and green,

then finally reveeling I liked women also

yes I'm a bisexual bullying became to real

sometimes i felt like they were in for the kill

violence towards me was their trill

so I moved far far away

Florida was coming my way

then  I got enrolled into school

there were more poeple even more rude

my depression turned into cuts and burns,

trying to take away my pain.

But today things aren't the same

Im currently a college student

enguaged and happy

no more misery for me

I smile more then I used too

Im different from the girl you used to know
