While having to say goodbye to loved ones, might not be able to see them any more.
My parents brought me at a young age, to the land of the free.
Challenges soon faced my parents and I, in the beginning of our journey.
My poor parents fighting to help me with my school work, staying up late nights.
The struggle has ended.
We have overcame this obstacle.
Obstacles will never stop coming as long as we live.
I am sixteen and will be the first in my family to graduate from high school.
My graduation will be the first achievement towards my American Dream.
It seems like decades since my parents came to the U.S with hopes and dreams for a better future.
