America

Before my window I now stand.

I see the trees and grass and land,

That for so many of years have stood,

Attesting loudly to the good.

I see before me as I gaze,

The people free to go their ways,

The buildings rising to the sky,

Reflecting all our goals so high.

With freedom, law, equality,

With justice and diversity,

Without allowing for the wrong,

America does still stands strong.
