A.M. Transformation

Morning dawns on the earth,

Like a day-to-day rebirth.

Rising from slumber once more,

An awake much like a chore.

Wiping the sleep from your eyes,

Greeting you is the magnificent sunrise.

A rush of stamina fills your veins,

Not a trace of exhaustion remains.

Your inner motivation supported,

The sluggish feeling has been thwarted.

Bringing a spark to the mind,

Thoughts of procrastination left behind.

Prepared to face the strenuous day,

Casting the need for sleep astray.

To make and earn a daily achievement,

Need and wish for the feeling of fulfillment.

This familiar, first light normality,

Delivers a resolute vitality.

What if this sudden surge of energy,

Is simply just a cup of coffee.
