Along the Wall-Side
She walks along a broken wall
No one wants to see her fall
She knows the wall will never last
But still she walks on-standing tall.
The wall was broken in the past
Yet it is truly never asked
If walls can hold a girl so light
We simply give the wall this task.
To hold a girl so light and bright,
To keep her standing in our sight,
Soon I hear a cracking rock,
I know the situation's tight.
Her time stops – clock' s tick tock
I forever live in deepest shock
For when I see that pile of rocks
I never dare believe the clock.
