All Sincerities

I'm sorry,

That I am the way I am.

I don't have to apologize for some things,

But for others,

I must deeply apologize.

I'm sorry that I'm okay,

When everythings peaches and cream,

But when things don't go my way,

My vision turns red,

And I shut you out.

I'm sorry I gave you a hard time,

When I should have been congragulating you.

I'm sorry I misread the conversation,

And twisted it to imperfection.

I'm sorry I wasn't more supportive,

More dedicated,

Spent time looking backwards,

When you were looking to the future.

I'm sorry I wasn't better.

Thanks for staying with me regardless.

Thanks for forgiving my stupidities.

I can only hope,

That I'm as good for you,

As you are for me.

Please accept my apologies,

With the deepest,

Of all sinceritites,

So that I may be better.

I'll be for you,

What you are for me.
