All Human

Berkeley, California - the birthplace of
Civil Rights for the Disabled,
The largest minority group in America;
50 million strong,
Young and old,
Rich and poor,
Incredibly diverse from the inside out.

Ed Roberts is The Man
Who many remember and admire;
A new campus in his name dedicated to
Serving people with disabilities,
A place where disabled and nondisabled alike
feel a sense of belonging, acceptance and community.

Inclusion
At home
At school
At work
In life’s mainstream.

We all have a voice,
We all have something to offer,
We all are human.

Disability does not have to be disabling.
People with disabilities can dream any dream
And live life to its fullest.

No need to discriminate or hate,
Or look the other way;
Disability pride is here to stay!
