All Because I love you

You picked me up and put me back together when I was just pieces of broken glass

You endured the sharp edges and held on just long enough for me to be myself again

You introduced me to happiness and now I know it like the back of my hand

When I saw flaws, you saw bits of beauty and in this you helped me see them through the same lens you did

You taught me the grandest life lesson and that was how to accept all the things I once couldn't stand to look at in the mirror

You have given me a lifetime worth of memories, laughter, and smiles

And so I make these promises to you

Because I love you, I will never let you go a day without knowing your worth

Because I love you,  I will never give up on you because every part of you is worth fighting for

Because I love you, you will always have a shoulder to cry on

Because I love you, lonely nights will be foreign to you

Because I love you, I promise you forever

Because I love you, I write this poem for you

I do this all, because I love you
