Of Age

Wed, 10/25/2017 - 10:06 -- Eric S

Soon I will be the same age my parents were

When they found true love in one another

I wonder, will I ever find the same?

It seems just a dream I may never have

Does fate know im desperate, dying to live

Does faith know im hopeless against life’s hand

And what if I never find another

To share my joy, pain, to live by my side

Surely it is best to die young, rather,

Than to grow old, loveless and incomplete.
