Addian's Last Letter

If I had no time to wait, no time to create, a love bird's song. No time to concoct a prayer to the heavens, no time to freely reminisce. A clear glass globe of memories I hold with care, stored away, waiting amidst loneliness and squandered nights, though you no longer stand beside me. I know your presence, a transcendant lighthouse, always ready to steer me back onto safety. Bliss woven at the fingertips, glided bravely across our rough patches, you always found a way to stay beautiful when, even when, I was the ugliest of men.

Im so sorry for that. We wringed the fabric of life, tasted every last drop of ambrosia that dripped from it. Full bellies laughing under the sun, I miss that. So, I throw this globe towards your door. May your eyes of blue flames glow and penetrate through.

Project a prism of our love throughout this entire universe. Dead or alive, I know I will have something divine to look forward to.
