6 Months of Wilderness

Roses are red
& Thrones are green
This world is so cold
& the people are so mean
I begged for my water
I begged for a bed
But I just got laughed at
& ignored instead
Hot summer days
Cold winter nights
The sound from the bushes
Seen spin chilling frights
A thin green fabric
& shinny zipper too
I never felt like i was safe
But that never mattered to you
Just another begger
Only here for the day
Maybe if we ignore her pain
It will just go away
Never did they notice
The storm over my head
Maybe just because
They were warm in their bed
Why notice the dark
When the light is so pretty
She would never cry
She's always so witty
Little did they know
Back in the trees
There I surely was
Crying on my knees
I can't do this one more day
I haven't got a chance
Its a sad thing to say
But this is my last dance
