It’s a new year

highschool fear

My hormones are shooting up in the air

I’m on a different swagger

My hips are much bigger

I’m looking like a snicker

Doing things on my own

my freedom as the years go on

I realize that I’m getting grown

life’s more complicated

I overthink a lot of things

I out grew some friends

I start learning more about myself and I made some mends

Its a different world and different expectations when you’re no longer a girl but now a wonan
