me and my mom

Tue, 04/04/2023 - 11:57 -- layla_

i've known couples with bigger age gaps than ours

me and my mom

we're childhood best friends

joined at the hip

playing on swingsets and jungle gyms

we grew up together

me and my mom

it's so easy to forget, sometimes,

that my first is hers too

we were made of the same sinful flesh and blood

me and my mom

there is rebellion in our veins

and a need to please in our bones

when she looks in the mirror

does she see me

or her

or her biggest regret

or all of the above?

me and my mom!

the little kids got an easier time

i was just the trial run

the test period

the bulletproof vest has to be experimented on, right?

and nothing's ever right on the very first try

god made adam before eve

and cain before abel

my mom and me

me and my mom

who knows anymore?

are we god and his first creastions?

if she is god

does that make me lucifer?
