lighting the way to purpose,

guiding sailors to meaning,

shining a beacon of thought.

Poetry is a birdhouse in a forest,

like a capsule filled with twigs from the floor

like inner thoughts contrived from poems, with

lines that

break, here and there,

yet sit still amid the forest fauna.
