Emerge into view
Shadows all around
darkness surrounds you
The stars make no sound

Your mirror is the sea
But the waves have distorted
And all you can see
Is a beauty contorted

Can you not see
Why darkness envelops
The light must flee
For it cannot develop

The stars do not applaud
They remain quiet
They are struck with awe
They remain humbly silenced

The ocean cannot help but roar
They can't be still
Its you they adore
Your beauty, no one else can fulfill

If only I can show you
The beauty you hold in your hands
You are a beautiful view
I wish you can understand

You are the Moon.
