Love. What is it now in 2013?

When a male and a female love eachother its okay to be a human being.

But the moment two men love eachother it's hatred they face,

But why, I ask myself everyday, if it's a choice some say, yet are they choosing to be straight?

If God loves everyone, than why would it matter if they are gay?

"Christians" protest and picket and it's so awful what they say.

But if the tables were turned would they be okay?

What if it was the norm to be gay and odd to be straight?

They'd have to live in a world so full of hate.

They would demand equal rights and fight and protest,

Not thinking for a second that they should have to face this.

But no bigot in the world takes time to look at how they act,

Yet, force their religion on homosexuals and say it's a fact.

So, now in 2013 homosexuals fight to get married for people say it's wrong,

Just as Blacks fought to get married to Whites as they sung peaceful songs.

So before you go judging, and barging into other people's lives,

Remember how it would make you feel if the government took away your rights.
